How does the 2% Realty fee structure work?

At 2% Realty we charge just 2% of the selling price of your home as commission, with no additional or hidden charges. This covers the selling and buying sides’ commissions, with each side getting 1%.

Are there any other fees?

There are no hidden fees or upfront costs. Commissions are paid only once the sale of your home has closed.

Will my property be on MLS

You bet! You get full exposure to MLS services, meaning your home will be displayed on Realtor.ca and other realty websites that subscribe to MLS listings.

How can you charge less?

2% Realty uses the latest technology to keep overhead costs low, allowing for savings that ultimately get passed on to our clients. We have a volume-based business and simplified business model that allows for a reduced fee structure.

What’s the difference in service between 2% Realty and other brokerages?

You’ll be hard-pressed to see a difference. We’re a full-service brokerage with complete MLS exposure. You get professional photos and we coordinate showing requests, negotiate offers and handle listing inquiries. We also handle all paperwork, keeping things simple for you.

The one difference you’re be sure to notice is that we charge much less.
